Terms and conditions
Review the terms for authorized use of the Goodwin CRM private beta and its Meta-dependent features.
Acceptance and operator
These Terms govern access to this website and any Goodwin CRM private-beta service made available to you. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept them for that organization.
The supplied operator name is KSB International. These Terms do not state an entity type, jurisdiction, business address, governing law, dispute forum, or direct legal email because those details have not been supplied for publication. They are not inferred from a domain, email address, or product name.
Service scope
Goodwin CRM is a private-beta workspace for human-led Messenger support on Facebook Pages already authorized to the current deployment. Shared inbox, assignment, manual replies, and existing Page connections are private-beta capabilities. Other capabilities carry separate verification or Meta-approval gates.
Eligibility and authorization
- Participation is limited to an approved private-beta relationship.
- Users must have authority to act for their organization and authorized Facebook Page.
- Access must remain limited to approved people and documented support purposes.
- External Page selection is not available until required verification is complete.
- Meta-dependent capabilities remain subject to Meta terms, approvals, and platform availability.
Acceptable-use boundaries
You must not use the service to:
- Send broadcasts, campaigns, unsolicited promotion, or automated outreach.
- Access a Page, workspace, conversation, or account without authorization.
- Upload or transmit malware, credentials, access tokens, secrets, or unlawful content.
- Interfere with access controls, rate limits, security measures, or service operation.
- Represent a pending or gated capability as approved or generally available.
- Use personal information in a way that violates applicable law or platform requirements.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your authorized users, Page permissions, support-message content, lawful instructions, required notices and consents, and timely removal of access when a person no longer needs it. Goodwin CRM remains responsible for its own obligations under these Terms and any separate written agreement that applies.
Meta and third-party services
The service depends on separate Meta products, permissions, reviews, policies, and technical availability. KSB International does not control Meta’s interfaces, review timing, policy decisions, or platform availability, and does not provide access that has not been approved for the applicable use case.
Hosting, database, anti-abuse, and delivery providers may also support the service. A provider change, suspension, or outage may affect the functions that depend on it.
Data and confidentiality
The Privacy and Data Handling pages describe website and product data practices. A separate written agreement may address data roles, processing instructions, confidentiality, security responsibilities, retention, deletion, or provider terms for a specific customer relationship. You must never place passwords, tokens, credentials, or other secrets in the public inquiry form.
Changes, suspension, and termination
Private-beta capabilities may change, remain gated, or be suspended in response to product validation, Meta requirements, security concerns, misuse, or legal obligations. You may stop using the service and revoke Meta authorization. A separate written agreement may provide additional rules for termination, data access, disconnection, or deletion.
Additional terms
Fees, service levels, intellectual-property terms, confidentiality, warranties, liability, indemnities, and other commercial terms may be addressed in a separate written agreement. These website Terms do not state a governing law, dispute forum, entity jurisdiction, or notice address because those details have not been supplied for publication. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that relationship.
Contact
Use the General category on the contact page when inquiry delivery is available. Do not send passwords, access tokens, credentials, customer messages, or other secrets. No direct legal email or notice address is stated because none has been supplied for publication.
