Assigned to Alex

Manual support reply

“Thanks for the details. I’m reviewing this with our team now.”

Private-beta operating boundaries

  • Manual, one-to-one support conversations only
  • Pages with an existing authorization only
  • No broadcasts, campaigns, or scheduled promotion
  • No claim of automated replies or unrestricted Human Agent access
  • Team members remain accountable for content and access decisions
Access boundary

Already authorized is different from open onboarding

Goodwin CRM can describe existing connections in the private deployment. A normal external-customer flow for selecting and connecting a Page has not been validated.

External Page selection remains marked “Verification required.” The product will not show a public “Connect your Page now” action until the required Meta verification, product validation, and controlled onboarding review are complete.
