ShopForge collects and processes information necessary to provide ecommerce automation and support services to authorized TikTok Shop sellers. This may include account registration information, contact information, login and authentication data, authorized TikTok Shop seller data, product information, inventory information, order information, shipping and fulfillment information, reporting information, support records, and technical/security logs.

ShopForge uses this information to operate the platform, provide requested features, support product and order workflows, maintain platform security, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and comply with legal or platform obligations.

ShopForge accesses TikTok Shop data only after authorization by the seller and only for the purposes required to provide the requested service.

ShopForge does not sell personal data or TikTok Shop seller data.

TikTok Shop data is accessed, processed, and stored in the United States.

Users may request updates, exports, or deletion of account data by contacting support. Subject to legal, security, and dispute-resolution obligations, customer data in our possession will be deleted at the end of the business relationship or upon a valid request.
